Overview
GDIT is hiring a
Microsoft365 Administrator
to support a Microsoft365 implementation with a federal customer. The
Microsoft365 Administrator
will serve as a technical resource for this implementation, mentor more junior staff where applicable, and take work orders from the program manager and technical lead for the overall implementation. The
Microsoft365 Administrator
will participate in the design, requirements gathering, and implementation of the Microsoft365 solution with reach back to the team. Responsibilities
Support the deployment of Microsoft365 solutions aligned with enterprise IT strategies. Design secure, scalable, and resilient cloud infrastructure solutions including customer requirements. Resolve escalated support issues, help with projects, and be the go-to expert on Microsoft 365 tools like Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams. Recommend improvements and help keep systems running smoothly. Support and manage Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and other Office 365 tools. Assist with Office 365 projects and recommend better ways to use the tools. Support end-user services (same group that manages user devices). Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of IT experience. At least 2+ years in Microsoft365 administration. 1+ year experience with SharePoint data migrations. Customer service experience, ideally in an IT helpdesk or similar. Experience working in regulated environments and/or with Federal customers. Desired Qualifications
Microsoft Certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Security Administrator Associate). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Additional Job Details
