practice supports companies’ commitment to integrity by assisting them and their counsel in independently responding to allegations of fraud, waste, abuse, misconduct and non-compliance. We deploy cross-trained teams of forensic professionals to help clients gain deeper insights and greater value more quickly, and we aim to help clients anticipate, manage, and become more resilient in the face of challenging events. We seek a full-time Operations Coordinator for our Forensics Services practice to provide support to Vice Presidents and the practice team. This role may encompass general administrative support, billing, project administration, marketing and social media management, and recruiting and onboarding coordination.

(Note: this position will have a heavy emphasis on billing.) The Operations Coordinator serves as a critical connection between internal teams, clients, and corporate departments. The role requires proficiency with technology, strong organizational, time-management and communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. A successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and the ability to anticipate next steps. This position reports to the Manager, Forensic Services Operations. Responsibilities

Manage high-volume project billing, including preparing and ensuring invoice accuracy, drafting work descriptions, and obtaining approvals; collaborate with the corporate finance department to resolve issues. Follow up and provide regular reporting on outstanding project unbilled receivables and write-offs under direction of Vice Presidents and project managers. Deliver project administration support: oversee conflict checks, client retention letters, project code requests; process vendor invoices, team expense reports, check requests and timesheets. Provide general administrative support: maintain calendars, routine correspondence, coordinate travel, maintain files, and provide administrative backup for other support roles. Oversee client relationship management database and deliver marketing and business development support, including social media updates, event logistics, and material preparation; ensure adherence to marketing and social media protocols. Manage logistics for internal and external practice meetings and client events, including technology setup, room reservations and food ordering. Act as liaison with corporate departments (Human Capital, Information Technology, Financial Administration, Communications) and other practices. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Desired Qualifications

At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a support or billing role; professional services experience (consulting, law, financial services) preferred. Strong client invoicing experience, with exposure to time-based and fixed-price billing in a high-volume environment. Experience with financial management/invoicing software. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; proficient with technology and learning new software programs. Contract management capability; editing and maintaining client and/or vendor retention letters. Prior experience with client communications and outreach. Exceptional attention to detail with a quantitative orientation and quality-focused work product. Good judgment and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment; ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Energetic self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and a cooperative, professional attitude. Well organized, flexible and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
