We are seeking a highly skilled RF professional with hands-on RF engineering experience. The ideal candidate designs and optimizes cellular networks (LTE and 5G NR) with exposure to Wi‑Fi or IoT networks. Key concepts include link budget analysis, propagation modeling, interference mitigation, and network capacity planning. Experience with macro RAN (tower/cell site) optimization and indoor wireless systems (DAS or Wi‑Fi) is valued, including deploying private LTE or campus Wi‑Fi networks. Responsibilities

Technical proficiency with RF tools and software Drive tests and analysis using tools (e.g., TEMS, Nemo) and post-processing software (e.g., Actix, Windcatcher) Planning and simulation with RF planning tools (e.g., Atoll, iBwave) Spectrum analysis using spectrum analyzers and RF measurement equipment to identify interference and verify RF performance Data and scripting capabilities (Python or MATLAB) are a plus; select and deploy the right tool efficiently Problem-solving and troubleshooting: diagnose issues, review drive data for interference patterns, and suggest tests or mitigations Maintain calm under pressure, gather evidence (logs, metrics), and pinpoint root causes Knowledge of RF regulations and best practices (FCC emission limits, RF exposure) and familiarity with patterns like frequency reuse, interference coordination, and 5G features (massive MIMO, beamforming). Experience with carrier network optimization or CBRS-based private networks is beneficial Project and client engagement: communicate RF concepts to non-RF stakeholders, manage time across tasks, and potentially lead sub-projects; present results to clients and interface with customer technical teams Job Requirements

Bachelor’s (or Master’s) in Electrical Engineering or Telecommunications with focus on wireless 5+ years of hands-on RF engineering experience Professional certifications preferred: iNARTE RF Engineer; Cisco CCNP‑Wireless or CWNP; vendor certifications (e.g., Ericsson LTE/5G, Nokia 5G) Self-driven and adaptable Open to travel on short notice for field testing (e.g., at diverse sites) Passionate about RF tech; willingness to stay current with evolving technologies (5G Advanced, Wi‑Fi 7) Our Comprehensive Benefits
