Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney for boutique litigation firm - 100% remote. Salary: $165,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr. This range is provided by Jobot. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities
Provide defense representation for workers' compensation matters for clients of a boutique litigation firm. Collaborate with the legal team to develop defense strategies, prepare pleadings, and participate in depositions and hearings as required (most depositions conducted via Zoom). Maintain compliance with applicable laws and firm policies; support local and regional cases as needed. Qualifications
At least one year of experience in Workers' Compensation Defense. Ability to work in a fully remote environment (CA-based location preferred; travel limited if required). Why join us?
Base salary ranges from $160k-$200k+, depending on experience and billable hour requirements; origination and additional hour bonuses available.
