Sales Solutions Engineer

Inception We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Sales Engineer with a strong track record and a genuine passion for selling technology solutions to senior executives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to acquire new customers, drive revenue growth, ensure customer retention, and contribute to the overall success of our sales team and business. The ideal candidate is seasoned, hardworking, and highly motivated to achieve outstanding results, with expertise in selling AI technology solutions and the ability to build strong relationships with senior executives. Responsibilities Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through close, targeting enterprise and SMB companies Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the value proposition Partner closely with product and marketing to shape collateral, demos, and pricing Develop deep customer relationships and become a trusted advisor on AI initiatives Provide real-time feedback from the field to influence product roadmap and GTM strategy
Qualifications
3+ years of work experience as a Sales Engineer, with experience independently leading/closing sales deals Proven ability to close complex, high-value deals with technical buyers Deep understanding of the AI/ML landscape and the evolving needs of enterprise AI teams Startup mindsetcomfortable with ambiguity, fast learning curves, and iterating quickly Ability to communicate technical concepts with clarity to both technical and non-technical audiences
