Role Overview: Key responsibilities will be overseeing and managing global Treasury activities for Legend Biotech, supporting US legal entity board meeting and authorizing contract spend in the US. Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining US, EU, and China banking relationships, including meeting with them at least once annually. Additionally, ensure the number of banking institutions utilized are adequate based upon risk and business requirements and not excessive, manage the overall banking fees. Accountable for the global Treasury function which includes implementing and maintaining cash forecast model for operating entities and then managing the investment strategy to maximize interest in risk-averse investments, along with maintaining the principle in secured banks and investments. Oversees cash & liquidity management, develop and execute treasury strategies aligned with corporate objectives. Responsible for identifying, assisting in preparation and maintaining the capital infusion and intercompany loans documentation required to fund the different operating entities. This will require working closely with in-house and external Legal counsel and Treasury in China. Legend Ireland will serve as the Treasury center to the operating entities and will receive capital infusions from the parent company to fund the entities. Analyze and determine when hedging will be required as Legend’s investment in our EU operations grows over the next several years, and then implementing a process to hedge once it is required. Accountable for managing the global credit card program. Delegated responsibility for authorizing contract spend and signing statement of work based upon functional leaders’ approval as well as guidance from the legal entity Board. Provide ad hoc analysis as required. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred. 10+ years of progressive treasury experience, including leadership roles in a public company Ability to work independently and collaboratively, as required, in a fast-paced, matrixed, team environment consisting of internal and external team members across different time zones. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Strength in communicating and working independently and effectively with broad stakeholders. Process-oriented with strong analytical skills for risk identification and management. Adept in Excel Strong knowledge of global cash management, capital markets, and treasury systems. Experience in biotech, pharma, or high-growth industries is a plus.
