Connexus Hub is hiring a Systems Engineer to support Data Center Operations and Application Development environments. The Systems Engineer will provide advanced systems design, integration, and sustainment, ensuring compliance with DISA STIGs and Army cybersecurity policies. Responsibilities
Design, configure, and optimize virtualized and physical server infrastructure (VMware/Hyper-V). Support integration of new technologies into the Academic Network, including test and validation. Provide escalation support for Tier 3 incidents across servers and enterprise applications. Develop and maintain system documentation, diagrams, and operational SOPs. Partner with AppDev and Cybersecurity teams to ensure secure system deployments. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of systems engineering/administration experience. VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) required. Experience with DISA STIGs, RMF compliance, and DoD cybersecurity integration. Clearance: Secret.
