The Opportunity:
CACI is looking for a Pega Application Developer with a background in business process design, software application design, development, unit testing and quality assurance to join our team supporting a Department of Justice agency in the National Capital Region. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team responsible for building and maintaining enterprise software applications to meet business needs. The Pega Application Developer will be a member of an agile team, analyzing current business processes, configuring and building software applications using Pega 8, and ensuring the quality of the final solution. Candidates should have strong verbal and written communications skills. Responsibilities
Understand client business needs and requirements Understand the current system and how it functions Design and develop applications based on business requirements Upgrade and modify applications per business needs Identify and troubleshoot issues in a timely fashion Ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements and complete projects within assigned timelines Provide support in system testing and bug fixing activities Be available for migrations (during non-standard business hours) Qualifications
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or Equivalent Minimum of 7 years of experience with case management system development Must have TS clearance Must be a US Citizen Pega System Architect Certification Pega 8 experience Previous Consulting or client service delivery experience Specialization in functional area (CRM, deployment, etc.) or industry domain expertise Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Proven ability to mentor junior developers Available to report to client site in Washington, DC 5 times a week Desired: Familiarity with Agile Software Development methodologies Certified Agile Practitioner is a plus Pega Senior System Architect Certification What You Can Expect

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
