What You’ll Do: Responsibilities

Associate, Global Agency & Partner Marketing

to support our global B2B marketing and unlock growth for Snap’s Agency and Third-Party Partners. This high-impact role focuses on driving understanding, consideration and adoption of Snap advertising and emerging solutions. You’ll operate as a cross-functional partner across Product Marketing, Comms, Events, Sales and Partnership Organizations. You’ll deliver Agency & Partner narratives, audience-first programs, and run regional campaigns that inspire and activate Agencies & Partners on Snap. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Agency & Partner Marketing.

Support Agency & Partner Marketing Strategy: Build marketing that supports the Agency & Partner vision, roadmap, and priorities for Agency & Partner marketing—scaling programs that drive ecosystem growth, engagement, and long-term value for this audience & Snap.

Design and support Agency & Partners Campaigns End-to-End: execute strategy through integrated, global campaigns across product GTM & evergreen programs.

Champion the Agency & Partner Voice: Embed authentic agency and partner insights into marketing strategies, content, and experiences.

Partner Across Snap: Collaborate across Product Marketing, Sales, Comms, Insights, Partnerships and Regional teams to ensure messaging, storytelling, and product positioning resonate with our audience.

Enable Consistency: co-design playbooks, toolkits, and frameworks to standardize how we market to and with Agencies & Partners worldwide—across channels, surfaces, and partners.

Measure, Optimize, Scale: drive success metrics by effectively measuring campaign performance, and continuously iterating based on learnings.

Innovation Mindset: Stay ahead of Agency & Partner trends, platforms, and community behaviors. Support new opportunities to drive cultural relevance and differentiate Snap marketing solutions.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Strong storytelling skills with experience translating insights, product information and data into client-facing marketing presentations.

Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion and to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience thinking creatively, communicating and presenting to large groups.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to engage across levels of the organization, with excellent relationship management abilities/strong interpersonal communication skills.

Excellent written and verbal skills, and a strong sense of professionalism.

Excellent organization skills, acute attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and time sensitive environment.

Ability to effectively plan and manage projects for on-time delivery.

Demonstrated ability to use data to inform decision making and improve results.

Experience guiding creative production of campaigns, printed collateral, presentations, websites, videos, and/or other marketing materials.

Minimum Qualifications

1+ years of experience in marketing.

Experience synthesizing complex inputs, and driving clear, high-impact projects across functions and geographies.

Passion for the partner and advertising ecosystems and a forward-looking perspective on marketing technology.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical and strategic thinking.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

Experience working with digital media and advertising data to inform marketing.

Passion for technology, innovation, and empowering creative communities.
