Description: The nature of the work is focused on creating product and brand demand, understanding external constituents and effectively presenting company or product information. Create systems, processes and tools that positively impact productivity, profitability, accountability and service. Lead Mktg Ops Category Projects and manage project budget and timelines. Leverage define metrics and project relevant metrics to assess return on investment Drive clear and efficient process for enhancement or creation of additional assets for marketplace execution as needed make changes to processes, procedures to find efficiencies. Manage category assets. Develop plans and work assignments against the forecasted project load Works closely with external agencies and vendors Drive execution to the territory consumer, throughout the marketing process Ensure consistent & efficient delivery/sharing of Category content from global to Geo or Geo to territory marketing organizations, through defined tools and processes Responsibilities

Lead Marketing Operations category projects and manage project budget and timelines. Define and monitor metrics to assess return on investment. Ensure consistent and efficient delivery/sharing of category content from global to Geo to territory marketing organizations using defined tools and processes. Qualifications

Typically requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience. Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 3 yrs; Masters + 4 yrs; Associates degree + 6 yrs; High School + 7 yrs.
