Senior Technical Integration Consultant (HCM) role at Workday. The Diversified Industry Technical Consulting team leads the Integration workstream on Workday implementation projects, providing leadership and technical expertise to guide customers through deployments. About The Role
A Senior Technical Consultant works closely with the clients project team to design, develop, and deploy a customers integration solutions. They may also work with Workday Deployment Partners in an advisory capacity on Partner-led deployments. This role requires knowledge of core design principles, common integration patterns, project implementation methodology, and a track record of delivering successful integrations. Key Areas of Responsibility Lead and manage the integration workstream(s), meet delivery dates, and achieve results. Become an expert on Workday functionality, configuration, and technology. Conduct discovery sessions to document and understand customers integration needs. Design and implement integrations to address complex customer and vendor requirements. Assist customers in testing integrations and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for post-production success. Participate in internal initiatives and process improvement.

6+ years of Human Resources, Payroll, Financials, Integrations, or Reporting domain experience AND proven ability in a technical role 5 years of Consulting experience, either as an Internal Consultant or with a Consulting/Software Company Implementation experience with Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft or similar Finance, HCM and CRM applications
Basic Qualifications: Technical Consultant
3+ years of Human Resources, Payroll, Financials, Integrations, or Reporting domain experience AND proven ability in a technical role 3 years of Consulting experience, either as an Internal Consultant or with a Consulting/Software Company Implementation experience with Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft or similar Finance, HCM and CRM applications
