What You’ll Do
Lead the creative strategy and development of static and video ads designed for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Linear. Oversee end-to-end processes from brainstorm to execution, collaborating with our in-house producer. Balance big-picture creative storytelling with performance marketing tactics, ensuring our content resonates emotionally and delivers measurable results. Monitor campaign performance across channels, implementing testing strategies and optimizing creative to drive continuous improvement. Stay ahead of cultural moments, emerging platforms, and best practices to keep our marketing fresh, bold, and effective. Provide clear feedback and creative direction to partners and collaborators to maintain a high bar for quality. Qualifications
5+ years in agency or brand-side creative strategy, with hands-on experience building campaigns that break through the noise. A portfolio that proves you can do both: big, brand-building storytelling and performance - driven creative (e.g. paid social). Deep understanding of platform-specific best practices and digital behavior, with the ability to turn insights into fresh concepts. Analytical skills to interpret metrics and translate them into actionable creative improvements. Comfortable leading teams, managing feedback loops, and inspiring both internal and external collaborators. Bonus points: experience experimenting with AI tools or next-gen production workflows to accelerate creativity. About Us

We’re estimating $3,500 – $7,000 per month for this contract role, depending on experience and portfolio.
