Strategic Leadership & P&L Management
Lead the Rewards and Career Advisory practice across North America with full P&L responsibility, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, projections, and utilization. Drive revenue growth and profitability by leveraging Aon\'s network and market presence to secure new business, deepen client relationships, and deliver innovative, high-impact rewards and career solutions. Provide clear, data-driven insights for resource allocation and investment decisions aligned with long-term growth objectives. Commercial Insight & Team Decision-Making
Coordinate commercial strategy and decision-making as a unified leadership team, including event planning, compensation, hiring, growth strategies, solution development, and client segmentation. Foster a collaborative, high-performance environment where market intelligence and client feedback inform priorities and solutions. Guide development and execution of growth strategies responsive to market trends and client needs, ensuring innovation and competitiveness. Talent Acquisition & Quality Client Delivery
Partner with HR to prioritize and execute key hires, ensuring recruitment and retention of top talent to support quality client delivery and retention. Oversee workforce planning and capability development, maintaining high standards of operational excellence and client satisfaction. Champion an inclusive, high-performing culture that encourages innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement across diverse and global teams. Expertise, Credibility & Data-Driven Consulting
Bring deep expertise in compensation, total rewards, M&A, workforce transformation or sales force effectiveness. Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and C-suite executives, leveraging a strong network and reputation for delivering strategic, impactful advice. Utilize Aon\'s proprietary data and analytics to deliver actionable, evidence-based insights that support bold, equitable and compliant solutions. Growth Mindset & Innovation
Act as a proactive, strategic self-starter, identifying market opportunities and evolving client needs to drive the practice\'s growth trajectory. Thrive in a dynamic environment while championing the Aon United model and advancing business objectives. Knowledge and Expertise
Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience with demonstrated career progression. Proven track record of providing trusted client advisory, understanding business problems, and outlining viable solutions. Exceptional consultative skills, including relationship building, process definition and meeting facilitation. Advanced client, project, and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Education
Bachelor\'s degree required, preferably in a related field. Master\'s degree or MBA preferred. We offer you
