SAP PS Configurations Customize SAP PS to meet business needs Support and troubleshoot SAP PS-related issues (L3 support) Manage high-priority incidents (P1/P2), perform RCA, and maintain SLAs Handle project structures, cost planning, and revenue recognition Support agency closing processes and continuous improvements Integrate SAP with in-house and third-party systems Lead workshops for process adoption and major enhancements Prepare effort estimates and ensure timely, high-quality delivery Conduct unit, integration, and UAT testing Prepare and update support documentation and training materials Drive automation initiatives and enhance in-house tools Analyze IT processes and propose improvements to bring solution enhancements Deliver knowledge transfer sessions Track delivery timelines and gather feedback Skillset requirement
Deep knowledge of SAP PS module with understanding of its integration with CO, MM, SD, FI Strong grasp of cost planning, revenue planning, budgeting, and actual cost tracking Understanding of SAP PS custom exits and their best utilization Experience with S/4HANA implementations Project structuring: WBS, networks, milestones Interface design with third-party applications Documentation: As-Is/To-Be, functional specs, training materials Strong communication and problem-solving Ability to work independently and collaboratively Stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering Seniority level
