Provide vision for academic programming and assure high-quality instruction grounded in evolving educational research and mission-aligned, college-preparatory student outcomes. Minimum Qualifications
A Master’s degree in Education or a related field Five (5) years of demonstrated success in the classroom Supervisory experience Familiarity with current education research and best practices in education Experience leading training and major initiatives related to curriculum, pedagogy, and student experience — preferably at a high school level A collaborative, cooperative, and growth-oriented mindset Immersion in diversity work, both in training and in implementation, and a commitment to fostering culturally competent and inclusive classrooms Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of Catholic education and school settings Experience with women’s institutions or organizations Terms Of Employment
