Lead Recruiter

to oversee and guide a team of recruiters in delivering top-tier talent acquisition services. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for people, process improvement, and team development. The Lead Recruiter will shape recruitment strategies, mentor team members, and ensure successful placement of high-quality candidates across various departments. Base pay range

$28.00/hr - $31.00/hr Responsibilities

Supervise, mentor, and support a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals and performance metrics. Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions. Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture. Recruitment Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly. Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for key roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Process Improvement : Analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement. Streamline recruitment processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Stakeholder Engagement : Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leadership regarding recruitment updates and workforce planning. Build strong relationships with internal departments and external partners. Compliance & Reporting : Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment laws. Maintain accurate records and generate regular reports on hiring activity and team performance. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior recruiter role. Proven ability to manage and develop a team. Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience recruiting in government contracting, healthcare, or professional services. SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar certification.
