About the Production Team Collectively\'s Production team is the strategic production arm of our client services practice, responsible for leading influencer marketing projects from kick off to completion with creativity, ingenuity, and exceptional project management skills. The team charter is flawless execution and exceptional client service and we pride ourselves on guiding our clients and influencers through each step of a project with strategic solutions along the way.

Responsibilities Working in tandem with lead Producers and a larger cross-functional team, the Associate Producer contributes to program production across a variety of influencer marketing campaigns. This role reports to a Director of Production and is responsible for three crucial areas of production: project management, influencer casting and management, and program tracking and reporting.

Project Management

Support all aspects of influencer marketing projects for top brands, working closely with Collectively Producers, Sr. Producers, Executive Producers and/or Directors to ensure projects are on time, on budget, and achieve objectives

Proactively update project status documents, both internal and external, including: influencer lists, weekly status agendas, client hubs, and, payment schedules)

Oversee the schedule, documentation and communication of collaborator payments for specific projects

Prepare Collaborator agreements (contracts) and work with Business Affairs to ensure accurate and timely contracting

Contribute to internal and client calls, including creating agendas, maintaining status sheets, note taking and scheduling follow up meetings.

Learn to prepare first drafts of key production deliverables, including but not limited to- timelines, project discovery, campaign briefs, activation plans, abstract / content reviews, and production schedules

Influencer Casting & Management

Conduct influencer research and talent list development for Collectively campaigns, with thorough adherence to brand criteria and guidelines

Develop campaign invitation emails and sign up surveys

Support the lead Producer in conducting outreach to influencers and agents to generate interest and participation in campaigns, tracking rates, availability, and other key details during the recruitment process

Support client decision making by writing persuasive rationale for talent that illustrates their readiness and fit for specific projects, helping to connect their profile, feed, and strengths to program goals

Build client-facing influencer presentations that highlight influencer talent for Collectively campaigns

Program Tracking and Reporting

Set-up campaign tracking using our third-party software, ensuring information is thorough and accurate

Review Collaborator content to ensure adherence to requirements set forth by Collectively and Collectively\'s clients, working through revisions when necessary

Collect and manage any image, text, or video assets

Track and log all content (blog posts, social media updates)

Identify potential issues (incomplete posts, failure to adhere to requirements, etc.) and proactively resolve as-needed

Requirements

At least 1-2 years related experience in marketing/advertising industry, social media or similar (relevant internship experience considered)

Strong organization skills with attention to detail and excellent follow-through

Great communication skills-both internally and externally, written and verbal

Ability to work efficiently across a variety of tasks and manage time appropriately for projects

Adaptability and a desire to work in an industry and landscape that\'s constantly evolving

Pay The pay range for this position is $60,000 to $72,000. Collectively takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
