We\'re hiring our first Growth Marketing Manager in New York, NY (In-Person) | Full-time to own demand generation end-to-end. What You'll Do Responsibilities
Own all demand generation channels: paid, organic, email, website, SEO, content, and more Plan and launch campaigns that generate qualified pipeline for the sales team Build landing pages and nurture flows that convert Create lightweight content (blog posts, use case pages, email copy, etc.) Analyze performance and optimize for CAC, CPL, and pipeline generated Collaborate in-person with sales, product, and founders to align GTM strategy Test new acquisition channels and scale what works What We're Looking For
2-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth or demand gen roles Strong copywriting skills and a portfolio of marketing work Hands-on experience running paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, etc.) Experience with email marketing, basic automation tools, and web analytics Comfortable wearing many hats and owning results independently Bonus: experience marketing AI, automation, or developer tools Must be based in (or willing to relocate to) NYC - this role is fully in-person
