As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be the first point of contact for business owners exploring financing solutions. Using our dialer system, you'll re-engage past leads, qualify new ones, and set up discovery calls for our Sales Team. What You'll Do:
Engage with business owners through high-volume calls via our dialer system. Re-engage leads who previously inquired about financing but weren't ready. Conduct discovery calls to assess business needs and determine qualification. Educate potential clients on our financing solutions and how we can help them grow. Set up qualified prospects for Business Finance Advisors to close deals.
What We're Looking For:
No prior sales experience is required just a strong drive to succeed! Strong communication skills confident, clear, and engaging on the phone. Resilient & adaptable comfortable handling objections and keeping energy high. Organized & detail-oriented able to manage multiple leads efficiently. Eager to learn & grow looking for a career path, not just another job.
Bonus: Experience using a dialer system or CRM (like Salesforce) is a plus!
