FAST FOOD SHIFT LEAD (FULL TIME) at Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services Location: UNA - Towers Dining Hall, One Harrison Plaza, Florence, AL 35632 Schedule: Full-time, Monday Friday, 11:00 am 7:30 pm. More details upon interview. Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour. Job Summary
Responsible for the supervision of staff. Ensures proper assembly and service of foods; sanitation and safety of service, and utility areas of the kitchen. Ensures safe and efficient uses of resources. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provides quality customer service with attention to detail. Oversees and participates in the preparation and service of food and beverages, adhering to company standards for presentation, sanitation and safety (meeting HACCP and OSHA guidelines) and portion control. Helps plan menus. Ensures timely, efficient meal service; supervises serving of meals. Responds to customer complaints in person and via email. Trains employees; assigns and coordinates work; strives for efficiency and excellence in food and service. Determines work procedures and prepares work schedules; expedites workflow. Develops sanitation schedule and ensures adherence to cleaning routines for kitchen and dining areas and washing of utensils and equipment. Contributes to the team; maintains professionalism with customers and colleagues. Performs other duties as assigned. Benefits
