Service Desk Engineer | MSP | Secaucus, NJ (Hybrid/Remote) A growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) is seeking a Service Desk Engineer (Tier 2) to join their team. This role offers a mix of remote flexibility (80%) and occasional on-site work at a Secaucus, NJ data center (20%), with all expenses covered for an initial 3-week training program in Chicago. Answer support calls and provide remote client support Troubleshoot desktops, networks, and Microsoft environments Install OS/software, apply updates, and manage antivirus solutions Work with Senior Engineers on escalations and advanced troubleshooting Deliver excellent customer service with clear communication What Were Looking For
3+ years of IT support experience (MSP background required) Strong skills in Microsoft Windows (10, Server 20122019), Active Directory, and M365 Experience with Kaseya, ConnectWise, or similar RMM/PSA tools a plus Strong troubleshooting skills (desktop, server, networking) Coachable, motivated, and eager to learn in a collaborative team environment Competitive salary ($65K$85K DOE) 401K with employer match Ongoing training, certifications, and career growth opportunities Weekly team lunches + company events Must be commutable to Secaucus, NJ ~20% of the time and the rest is remote Details
