This position offers a hybrid work option up to 50% remote and is based out of our offices in Lakeville, MN; Sun Prairie, WI; Naperville, IL; or Bloomington, IL. About the Role: As a Marketing Automation Expert, you will design, execute, and optimize data-driven customer journeys across various digital channels including email, SMS, and web. By combining technical expertise with strategic marketing, you will create high-impact campaigns that enhance engagement and loyalty. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate business objectives into actionable solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) tools. Your Key Contributions: Oversee the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, ensuring accurate data handling and effective audience segmentation. Develop and maintain digital assets for lead generation, lifecycle journeys, and event promotions. Implement marketing automation programs for campaigns, webinars, tradeshows, and internal initiatives. Work with marketing leads to craft demand generation strategies that align messaging with business goals. Develop effective lead scoring practices to prioritize marketing qualified leads. Support personalized marketing initiatives in collaboration with product marketing teams. Manage the campaign calendar to align schedules with business priorities. Create nurturing programs that enhance engagement and foster brand loyalty. Data Management and Integration: Administer client data sets and perform regular segmentation for targeted audience alignment. Maintain compliance with communication preferences and regulatory requirements. Manage integrations between marketing and other technology platforms to enhance campaign capabilities. Conduct quality assurance audits to ensure accurate program implementation. Facilitate seamless and engaging customer experiences through multi-channel campaigns. Provide marketing automation expertise during campaign planning sessions. Performance Optimization and Collaboration: Align demand generation programs with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead tracking methodologies. Collaborate with data teams to develop data quality standards. Manage relationships with marketing automation vendors for optimal platform capabilities. Analyze campaign performance to drive continuous improvement. Create reports and dashboards to measure success against performance indicators. Stay informed on regulations, deliverability metrics, and the latest digital marketing trends. Provide training and support for internal users on marketing automation platforms. Industry Knowledge: Monitor the latest trends in marketing automation and email marketing. Integrate industry best practices to enhance the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience. At least 3 years of experience in marketing with a focus on demand generation and marketing automation. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its integrations. Financial industry experience preferred; certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud are mandatory. Deep knowledge of SFMC modules such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio. Understanding of customer lifecycle strategies and data privacy compliance. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficient proofreading capabilities. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and collaboratively. Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM programs. Compensation: This role offers a competitive salary range of $66,000 - $99,700 USD, with eligibility for variable compensation and benefits.
