• 8+ years of strong understanding of mechanical systems
• 8+ years of ability to read and comprehend construction documents
• 8+ years of knowledge in design techniques, tools, and principles
• 8+ years of experience in business administration and management principles, including:
• Business development and project sales strategies
• Legal aspects of the construction industry

Responsibilities include:

• Manage safety compliance and foster a culture of safety
• Oversee document control and review
• Manage scope of work
• Coordinate schedule management and field resources
• Handle procurement management
• Support estimation and financial oversight
• Develop, build, and maintain strong client relationships
• Support the sales process
