Contract We are seeking a
Business Execution Consultant
to support the
Credit Cards Loyalty Solutions Rewards and Benefits
product area. This role focuses on documenting
Rewards Operational Corrections and Redress adjustments , as well as creating new
Quality Assurance (QA) processes . Responsibilities Understand QA requirements related to credit card rewards adjustments, benefits, and third-party rewards/servicing vendor monitoring.
Create new QA procedures and collaborate with procedure writers to align control documentation with company policy.
Review existing QA procedures to streamline, improve, and optimize evaluations.
Support issue resolution and adhere to corrective action deadlines.
Contribute to large-scale business execution initiatives, requiring strong understanding of policies, procedures, controls, and compliance.
Strategically collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in
Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning , or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military, or education.
Strong knowledge of
Quality Assurance, Operational Risk, Controls, and Internal Auditing .
Ability to analyze complex issues, identify gaps, and create effective processes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
