Seasonal Inventory Analyst - 2nd Shift

This position involves daily cycle counting of our inventory locations and leveraging our Warehouse Management System to investigate and reconcile discrepancies. As a Seasonal Inventory Analyst, your responsibilities will include: Performing cycle counts on primary, reserve, and emergency pick locations and rectifying mispicked items. Assisting with SKU slotting and inventory profiling. Handling special requests, including In/Out forms, ad-hoc reports, location maintenance, and discrepancy investigations. Maintaining a clean, safe, and supportive work environment. To succeed in this role, you should meet the following requirements: Successful completion of a drug screen and background check. Forklift certification. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong problem-solving skills. A collaborative team player eager to assist others. Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Preferred experience with Warehouse Management Systems. A willingness to learn new systems and tools. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. A knack for identifying and implementing process improvements. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 70 lbs with assistance and navigating tight workspaces. Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. Compensation: $19.00/hour with peak holiday premiums from November 24th to December 21st: +$1/hr for 2nd shift and +$1/hr holiday premium.
