As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be the face of Bath & Body Works understanding our customers' needs and helping them find the best products for themselves and others. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional in-store customer experiences, creating genuine connections with customers, driving rewards program enrollment, supporting product replenishment activities, and maintaining brand standards. All store positions require constant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting. Associates should be able to lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds. Qualifications include thriving in a customer-first based retail environment, demonstrated sales and customer experience results, effective communication skills, and the ability to adapt quickly. Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays. Core competencies include leading with curiosity & humility, building high performing teams, influencing & inspiring with vision & purpose, observing, engaging & connecting, striving for operational excellence, and delivering business results.
