Campaign Fundraising Manager - Light the Night - Columbia, SC. The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) seeks a mission-centered professional to build relationships with fundraising volunteers and implement peer-to-peer fundraising products to exceed revenue goals within a designated market area. Responsibilities

Mission Integration Partner with Education, Services and Health Research departments to effectively communicate the LLS mission, programs, resources, and priorities. Organize mission-centered, local donor cultivation events and prospect high-impact donors for national stewardship activities. Fundraising & Relationship Building Drive high-impact peer-to-peer fundraising to achieve revenue goals. Contribute to the development of a strategic plan for peer-to-peer fundraising products, including revenue, budget, goals and timelines. Execute the annual strategic plan and adjust as needed to ensure the team exceeds revenue goals. Collaborate with local relationship teams and national shared service partners within LLS. Volunteer Management Recruit and cultivate high-level volunteer committees. Recruit fundraising volunteers for peer-to-peer products to drive revenue growth and goal achievement. Identify and engage constituents and key donors to support LLS fundraising products. Develop recruitment plans and secure new partners via research, prospecting and relationship building. Maintain knowledge of the LLS mission and programs to promote organizational initiatives. Perform other related duties as assigned. Education & Experience

Bachelors Degree 3-5 years of experience Position Requirements

Collaborate with Mission Team to support patient access, education, public policy, advocacy and research Able to supervise groups of volunteers Capable of managing multiple priorities effectively Good communication and organizational skills Demonstrated knowledge and use of digital, social media & emerging online channels Detail-oriented and highly organized Knowledge of MS Office Suite Physical Demands & Work Environment
