Role: Programmer Analyst 4 Location: Richmond, VA Mode: Hybrid (HYBRID - at least 3 days/week on-site). Local candidates only. Responsibilities Provide web-based solutions and support to existing applications for the City of Richmond DIT Utilities team. Requirements gathering, application design, software development, documentation, and customer service. Application integration as a core function of systems development, including designing, developing, and supporting applications using listed technologies. Document work to be performed (requirements gathering, design/analysis, technical specifications, code, implementation, and support). Develop and execute database queries to generate reports and aid in data analysis. Learn different technologies, both currently in use and new. Collaborate with programming staff and users to analyze and develop innovative applications for improving business operations within various City of Richmond departments. Technologies & Skills
