Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store to support the needs of the business. Role model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers. Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to customers according to established procedures. Promote credit and loyalty programs. Maintain and uphold merchandising philosophy and follow established procedures and standards. Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards. Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed; maintain store cleanliness and participate in maintenance of the entire store. Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback; adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures. Support shrink reduction goals and participate in safety awareness to maintain a safe environment. Other duties as assigned. Who Were Looking For
Possesses excellent customer service skills. Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs. Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail. Capable of multi-tasking and responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations. Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation. Works effectively with peers and supervisors. Retail customer experience preferred. Location
