We are looking to find an Assistant Director of Nursing Services to join the nursing administration team at our skilled nursing facility in Queens, NY! Responsibilities
Assist the Director of Nursing Services in day-to-day administrative function Make written or oral reports to necessary personnel Monitor and maintain the infection control procedures and policies of the facility Participate in the developing, planning, conducting, and scheduling of staff development classes, training, and orientation Review and revise care plans and assessments Make rounds of the nursing service department to ensure that all nursing service personnel are performing their work duties Monitor absenteeism to maintain an adequate number of nursing care personnel Maintain a liaison with the residents, their families, support departments, etc. Requirements
Valid NYS RN license Teaching/in-service experience Preferred
Previous experience with Point Click Care is a plus! Benefits
