Coupa Systems Administrator,
Location: Charlotte, NC Hybrid Optomi is seeking a Coupa Systems Administrator to support enterprise-wide supply chain and procurement operations in a hybrid environment. In this role, youll administer, configure, and integrate Coupa applications while collaborating across multiple lines of business. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong technical expertise in Coupa, API integrations, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, along with excellent communication skills. Primary Responsibilities Administer and configure Coupa applications across multiple modules, including Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses, and Supplier Management Support API and middleware integrations between Coupa and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CLM tools) Configure workflows, custom fields, and reporting to align with business needs Partner with supply chain stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements Participate in release management, including testing and validating new Coupa features Provide technical guidance and best practices around P2P and contract lifecycle management Collaborate across business lines and IT teams in a matrixed environment Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 3+ years of hands-on Coupa administration and configuration experience Expertise in Coupa modules: Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses, and Supplier Management Strong experience with Coupa API integrations and middleware solutions Familiarity with workflow configuration, reporting, and custom fields within Coupa Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and challenge ideas respectfully Self-starter with a positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills Experience with Coupa release management and testing of new features Exposure to ERP integrations (e.g., SAP, Workday) Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and best practices Coupa Certification(s) a plus Experience with JIRA and ServiceNow
