Dairy Operator
Join our overnight Dairy team as a full-time Dairy Operator. In this role your primary job responsibilities will include: Running multiple bottling fillers Working in the pasteurized tank room washing tanks Cleaning and sanitizing the dairy plant area making it ready for production Work schedule: Monday through Saturday with rotating day off, working overnights 7:00pm to 3:00am Qualifications: Ability to operate casing equipment at speeds of 100 units per minute Accurate/detail oriented Adhere to sanitation/hygiene standards Willing to learn/perform variety of job tasks Read/understand/interpret numbers Work in fast paced environment Work well alone/as part of team Work in a safety conscious environment Work in a noisy environment; work in temperatures of 35-40 degrees F Physical qualifications: bend/reach/twist frequently; lift/carry 32 pounds to 84 inches constantly; stand/walk up to 8 hours per shift constantly; lift/carry 45 pounds to waist level occasionally; push/pull 45 pounds of force occasionally. Benefits: Rate of pay up to $25.75 per hour (base pay of $19.75 per hour plus additional Overnight Premium Pay of $3.00 per hour and Weekend Premium Pay: additional $3.00 an hour between the hours of 7:30pm Friday and 5:00am Monday) A year end cash bonus - 40% of profits shared with our coworkers 2 Weeks Vacation within 1st year of employment Paid sick time Paid Holidays Health/dental/vision/life insurance Footwear allowance Kwik Trip, Inc. is a family-owned, Midwest company, in operation since 1965.
