The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success as a leader and will be well-versed in KW systems and business models (this is not a requirement). Relocation to the MN market is required.

Competitive Base Salary Expected First Year Earnings: $140,000+ Paid Time Off (PTO) 3 weeks a year Bonuses - Considered after a 60-day period
