$50.00/hr - $54.00/hr A Fortune Top 50 financial services company is seeking a highly motivated Business Systems Analyst to develop and modify transactional email/push/SMS/Letter templates, implement personalization variables (AMPScript basics), validate Data Extension mappings, and support journey/triggered send configuration, testing, and monitoring. Responsibilities
Coordinate across teams to ensure backend templates align with business workflows, analyzing systems and data, and implementing technology solutions that enhance business processes Coordinate cross-functional teams to create and implement backend templates and integrations Support software releases and ensure smooth transitions to production Collaborate with business units to resolve issues and enhance functionality Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements Analyze and document business requirements, workflows, and system designs Conduct system and data analysis using statistical and modeling techniques Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities Research emerging technologies and align them with business goals Maintain compliance with industry standards and internal policies Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst Bachelor's Degree Experience with HTML, SOAP UI API, etc. Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud Experience with Workfront, ADO, Jira, or any other project management tools Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and presentation software Proven ability to lead projects and manage multiple priorities Effective communication and documentation skills Ability to interpret complex data and recommend actionable solutions Desired Skills
Experience with Salesforce SMS/Push exposure Comfort reading simple API specs Seniority level
