As a Construction Project Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful execution of solar construction projects from pre-construction through commissioning. You'll collaborate with project managers, field teams, subcontractors, and design engineers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating solar construction activities Review engineering drawings, specifications, and scopes of work to ensure constructability and compliance Support procurement of materials and equipment; track deliveries and inventory Monitor field progress and provide technical support to construction crews Maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily reports Conduct site visits to verify installation quality and adherence to plans Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to resolve issues and maintain timelines Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies Participate in project meetings and contribute to progress updates and reporting Assist in project closeout, commissioning, and turnover documentation Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Construction Management 2+ years of experience in construction project engineering, preferably in solar or renewable energy Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project) Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and codes Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-based environment OSHA 30 certification and familiarity with solar safety protocols is a plus The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00/hr.
