Java Full Stack Developer

with

Python

experience to join our team in McLean, VA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building robust web applications, ensuring high performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using

Java

and

Python . Build and integrate

RESTful APIs

and microservices for scalable solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and reliability. Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and follow coding standards and best practices. Collaborate with product owners, designers, QA, and other developers to deliver end-to-end solutions. Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest process improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in

Java (Spring, Spring Boot) . Hands-on experience with

Python

programming. Experience with

RESTful APIs , microservices, and integration patterns. Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases ( SQL, NoSQL ). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud platforms ( AWS, Azure, GCP ). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodology. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Education
