IT Asset Manager Make a Real Impact in Healthcare IT Are you an experienced IT Asset Manager with a strong background in healthcare environments? Are you ready to step into a role where your work truly matters improving visibility, compliance, and cost-efficiency across a hospital's entire technology footprint? Base pay range: $120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Location: Stamford, CT Hybrid Were looking for someone whos not just comfortable managing hardware and software assets but who thrives on building processes that improve efficiency, reduce risk, and drive smart, strategic technology decisions across a mission-driven organization. In this role, youll take ownership of the full IT asset lifecycle from planning and acquisition to tracking, maintenance, and retirement. Youll be the go-to expert on asset management, working across departments to ensure alignment with procurement, finance, support, and security operations. Youll also lead the implementation and rollout of the ServiceNow ITAM module, helping us evolve our approach with the right tools and real-time visibility. This is a high-impact position for someone who understands hospital systems, sees the big picture, and still loves getting into the details. What Youll Be Doing

Build and enforce clear policies, procedures, and standards for how we manage all our IT assets hardware, software, and services. Oversee every step of the IT asset lifecycle procurement, deployment, inventory, tracking, decommissioning, and everything in between. Act as the bridge between IT, finance, procurement, and clinical/operational stakeholders to keep everything running smoothly and strategically aligned. Lead the successful implementation of the ServiceNow IT Asset Management module from configuration to integration and reporting. Maintain accurate inventory data and respond quickly to any flagged devices that pose security risks. Provide visibility into our technology landscape through smart reporting, dashboards, and insights that drive better decision-making. Help us get the most out of our contracts, warranties, and vendor relationships and identify where we can cut costs or optimize usage. What You Bring

5+ years of experience managing IT assets, ideally in a hospital or large healthcare system. Hands-on experience with asset lifecycle management, data tracking, and cross-department collaboration. A strong understanding of ITAM best practices, and preferably experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms. Proven ability to balance detail-oriented work with strategic thinking. Familiarity with compliance standards, licensing, audits, and vulnerability scanning processes. A natural collaborator who can work effectively across technical and non-technical teams. Bonus Points For

Certification in IT Asset Management (CITAM, CHAMP, ITIL, or similar). Strong data analysis skills and the ability to build compelling dashboards and reports. Experience implementing or working directly with a CMDB. Seniority level
