Entry-Level Insurance Brokerage Assistant

Join our Amwins Brokerage team in Jupiter, FL as a Brokerage Assistant. This position is in-office. The internal title for this role is Technical Assistant. None of our positions are commission-based or involve cold calling. Each Brokerage Assistant Provides Vital Team Functions Responsibilities
Provide assistance to associate brokers, marketing brokers and producing brokers with administrative activities related to renewal and new business accounts Data entry into multiple online systems, including gathering missing client information and cross-checking with existing accounts Prepare, revise and edit documents as requested Assist with servicing functions of accounts, including account start-up processes such as quotes and binders Handle life cycle/change functions such as endorsements and certificates of insurance Assist with information gathering for renewal accounts (e.g., requesting loss runs and preparing renewal letters to agents) We Are Looking For People With
1 year of experience as support staff in an office environment or a Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university Strong desire to learn and pursue a career in insurance Driven and highly motivated with a team-focused mentality Detail-oriented and dedicated Excellent computer skills including Microsoft 365 proficiency with emphasis in Excel Snapshot of what Amwins provides to our valued team members
