Job Description Operate powered industrial trucks and other material handling equipment daily. Utilize handheld RF scanners as part of daily tasks. Exercise good judgment in following prescribed routines and methodologies. Participate in special tasks, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace (6S). Handle a variety of tasks related to shipping, receiving, and storage of parts and materials. Prepare and pack materials for shipment, verifying quantities and quality. Receive incoming shipments, ensuring completeness and checking for damage. Safely move materials to appropriate storage locations. Develop a constant safety mindset to prevent accidents, protecting yourself and others. Work schedule: 2nd shift from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM, with an additional $1.35 per hour for this shift; starting base pay is $23.16/hour. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution. 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar environment. Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations and interpret reports and data. Strong attention to detail and ability to remain alert during repetitive tasks. Valid OSHA certification for powered industrial equipment (e.g., Order Picker, Reach Truck, etc.). Proficient in English; comfortable reading and writing. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with computer applications and good keyboard skills. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Knowledge of warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, AS400, Red Prairie). Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move products up to 60 pounds using safe techniques. Frequent use of handheld RF scanners for operational tasks. Experience operating powered industrial trucks and material handling machinery.
