Qualifications
High school diploma or GED. Valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain one soon). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively. Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to succeed. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to attend ongoing training and professional development sessions.
