What You Will Do Responsibilities Advance assortment planning with new solutions that drive product success through the lifecycle, setting enterprise standards for usability, viability, and feasibility, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Define product vision and intelligence-driven strategy, framing long-term plans and OKRs, securing business partner buy-in, and prioritizing features aligned to enterprise goals. Deliver automated, data-informed roadmaps, outlining quarterly milestones, aligning cross-domain dependencies, and ensuring expected value realization. Enhance customer experience through impactful feature design, innovation, and competitive intelligence, while leading cross-functional execution and delivery. Leverage analytics and automation to set measurable goals, track product health, optimize product-market fit strategies, and use data storytelling for alignment.
Minimum Qualifications
7 years of experience in two or more of the following: project management, product management, business analysis, program management, experimentation, or product marketing 5 years of experience in product and/or experience management Experience in an agile software environment with proficiency in product marketing and strong writing ability Experience working cross-functionally in a large organization with senior leadership Experience translating data into quantifiable actions/deliverables Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree)
Preferred Skills/Experience
Master's degree in business administration or similar advanced degree CSPO Certification Experience owning a P&L
