Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking
PM Dishwasher
to join our back-of-house team for the evening shift. This role is essential to maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to supporting a safe and sanitary workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment according to company and health department standards
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area, kitchen floors, trash areas, and back-of-house workspaces
Properly handle and store all cleaning products and chemicals
Assist in restocking kitchen items as needed (plates, glasses, etc.)
Remove trash and recycling in accordance with safety and sanitation procedures
Support kitchen staff with basic prep or cleaning tasks as directed
Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor immediately
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Ensure work is completed efficiently and on time for end-of-day kitchen closure
Qualifications
Prior experience in a commercial kitchen or dishwasher role is a plus but not required
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
Must comply with local health and food safety regulations
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; we do not provide sponsorship for this position
