Delivered a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles. Adhered to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Cross-trained to work in multiple areas to support business needs. Role modeled established customer experience practices with internal and external customers. Promoted credit and loyalty programs. Maintained merchandising standards and prepared merchandise for the sales floor. Executed store recovery tasks and maintained cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store. Provided and received recognition and constructive feedback; adhered to labor laws and store policies. Supported shrink reduction initiatives and safety programs. Other duties as assigned. Excellent customer service skills. Flexible schedule to support business needs. Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations. Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation. Works effectively with peers and supervisors; retail customer experience is preferred. Job Details
Location: USA TJ Maxx Store 1551 Cherry Hill, NJ Starting pay range: $15.49 to $15.99 per hour. Actual starting pay determined by factors including skills, qualifications, and experience. Benefits
