Field and respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, mail, and email in a professional and courteous manner. View every client contact as an opportunity to retain clients by reviewing exposures, loss experience, and current coverage; provide proactive solutions and recommend appropriate products. Follow department protocol for taking the next call in the queue, return calls promptly, and set clear expectations with the client. Document all communication with clients and carriers; maintain current records. Identify new sales opportunities by cross selling and upselling coverage. Develop knowledge of carrier websites to secure accurate and timely information for clients; strive to resolve inquiries on the first phone call. Deliver complete and accurate account reviews and remarket accounts as needed to ensure best options for the client. Own customer concerns and feedback, use good judgment, and escalate to management when needed. Comply with internal procedures and meet service performance and quality standards. Collaborate with teammates, producers, and managers; share insurance knowledge and take on additional responsibilities as directed. What Youll Bring

Attained or in pursuit of a brokers license in state hired. Excellent organizational, communication, technology, and time management skills. Strong diplomacy to resolve client issues and assess coverage needs. College graduate or experience equivalent. Possession and maintenance of a brokers license in state hired. Compensation & Benefits

The national average salary for this role is $55,000.00 - $68,000.00 in base pay, exclusive of bonuses or benefits. Base pay determined by experience, skills, training, certifications, and education, while also considering internal equity and market data. Why EPIC
