In this role, you will be the crucial link between human language and generative AI, responsible for designing, testing, and refining the prompts that power our large language models (LLMs). You will collaborate closely with our data scientists, software developers, and product managers to optimize AI outputs, ensuring they are accurate, relevant, and aligned with our brand voice. This is a unique opportunity to shape the conversation with our AI and have a direct impact on the user experience of a next-generation platform. Responsibilities
Design, test, and refine prompts that power our large language models (LLMs). Collaborate with data scientists, software developers, and product managers to optimize AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, and brand alignment. Evaluate and iterate on prompt strategies to improve user experience and outcomes of AI interactions. Maintain clear documentation of prompt approaches, results, and versioning. Stay current with advances in NLP and AI to inform prompt engineering practices. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. Proven experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or similar roles involving interaction with LLMs. Excellent command of English, with strong semantics, syntax, and context understanding. Creative and analytical mindset with structured problem-solving abilities. Basic programming concepts or scripting knowledge (e.g., Python) for testing and data analysis is a plus. Familiarity with the AI/ML development lifecycle. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment. Work Arrangement
