Information Systems Security Manager
Key Role Designs, implements, and manages policies and procedures to ensure database, software, and hardware security. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction. Mentors and may supervise team members.
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of experience with on-prem environments
Ability to create and maintain Assessment and Authorization (A&A) documentation that results in the issuance of an Authorization to Operate (ATO)
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor's degree in an IT field and 5+ years of experience with ISSM functions, or 9+ years of experience with ISSM functions in lieu of a degree
Additional Qualifications
Experience with network accreditation and security compliance processes
Knowledge of virtualization and storage technologies, including Red Hat, VMware, EMC, and NetApp
Knowledge of integrating traditional on-prem network setups or services with cloud-based solutions
Ability to translate requirements into technical solutions that are standards-based and cost-efficient
Ability to lead and facilitate technical discussions with internal and external organizations
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
