Role Overview
McDonald’s is in the midst of a revolutionary change to modernize the restaurant network infrastructure through the Global Restaurant Network Transformation (GRNT) Program. We are hiring a Technical Product Delivery Manager to drive operationalizing and coordinating deployment across 90+ markets.

What You\'ll Do
- Serve as the central point of contact for managing and tracking market engagement activities and deployment scheduling
- Maintain tools and trackers to support sequencing and global deployment planning
- Coordinate with segment and market stakeholders to gather inputs, align on timing, and support readiness
- Support meeting and workshop planning (agendas, prep, follow-ups)
- Assist with program documentation, status updates, and tracking of action items, with a strong emphasis on execution support
- Identify and flag gaps or risks in planning to help the team stay on track
- Partner cross-functionally to support end-to-end coordination across multiple GRNT workstreams
Key Partnerships
This role sits at the center of a cross-functional effort and will require strong cross-functional collaboration and coordination. This role is designed to help connect the dots across workstreams, streamline engagement and keep the program on track, while empowering subject matter experts to lead in their areas.
- Global Technology Program Manager (GTPMO): You\'ll work in close coordination with the GTPMO, aligning on plans, tracking progress, and supporting execution based on core project management fundamentals.
- Communications Specialist: You\'ll partner with the Communications Lead to ensure the right messaging, timing and materials support the market engagement and scheduling work.
- Solution Architects & Technical Leads: You\'ll coordinate with Network Architects to understand solution readiness and market applicability. You\'ll help ensure technical timelines align with deployment plans and flag when gaps might impact sequencing.
- Restaurant Technology Engineers: You\'ll partner with Engineering Leads to understand infrastructure readiness and dependencies, ensuring deployment plans are grounded in operational feasibility and constraints.
- Data & Automation Team: You\'ll work with this team to ensure trackers and tools reflect accurate and comprehensive data spanning restaurant migrations to deployment project.
- Segment & Market Stakeholders: You\'ll be a key program liaison, helping the teams navigate the process from overall slotting and sequencing to specific market-level deployment project kick-offs through completion.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a technical program management, product management, operations or business support role
- Strong background in project tracking, stakeholder coordination and tool management
- Experience supporting technology or deployment-focused initiatives, ideally in a large/global organization
- Familiarity with scheduling tools and trackers (i.e. Smartsheet, Excel, Jira, Confluence) and collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, Grafana)
- Prior experience working closely with PMO and/or communications teams a plus

Salary Range
The expected salary range for this role is $129,800.00 - $165,490.00 per year.
