What are we looking for?

Expert-level React and TypeScript
Proficiency with modern frontend tools including Tailwind CSS, UI systems like Radix, Zod, Axios, and state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, or MobX)
Experience with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable) and ability to profile/optimize performance in complex React applications
