Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer onboarding, invoicing, payment processing, and account maintenance
  • Investigate and resolve billing issues with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Handle collections with professionalism, persistence, and strong communication skills
  • Process credits, deposits, and reconcile transactions accurately
  • Review supporting documents for vendor collections
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records
  • Compile and reconcile invoice and credit data for reporting
  • Protect confidential information and uphold data integrity
  • Collaborate with logistics, operations, and customer service teams
  • Take on additional tasks and special projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume accounts receivable and invoicing
  • Strongly preferred experience with QuickBooks Online
  • Proven success in collections within a fast-paced, mid-size organization
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, professional demeanor
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc.)
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and stay calm under pressure
