Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets
• Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to maximize profitability and market share
• Identify key market segments and cultivate relationships with high-value clients

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel sales or marketing leadership position
• Hilton background is a plus
• Community relations is a strength

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr
• Other pay ranges provided by Valor Hospitality Partners; actual pay based on skills and experience
